Phil Hellmuth has signed on as a brand ambassador for BetRivers, the company behind the latest online poker site in Pennsylvania. The 17-time World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet winner has been wearing a BetRivers hat at live tournaments over the last few months. However, the supposed deal is now official, as confirmed by PokerNews. BetRivers Poker, the sixth licensed poker site in Pennsylvania, is owned by Rush Street International (RSI), a gaming company that Hellmuth has been involved with for years. The poker platform and the related BetRivers Casino online are digital versions of the five well-known Rivers Casinos found nationwide, including two in Pennsylvania. Phil Hellmuth. According to a press release, Hellmuth will serve as a brand ambassador and content collaborator for all of RSI’s products. This encompasses the online poker platform, casino, sportsbook, BetRivers Network, and the Poker Night in America program. The press release details some of the responsibilities Hellmuth will have in his ambassador position. He will lead events at BetRivers casinos, organize specific tournaments on the BetRivers poker site, give commentary on sports betting, and appear on Poker Night in America. Hellmuth is already familiar with Poker Night in America. He has participated in the show many times before, including the memorable „King of the Hill“ heads-up mini-tournament in 2017, which he won by defeating Doug Polk and Dan „Jungleman“ Cates. However, this time, he won’t just be representing the poker site as he did with the now-defunct Ultimate Bet site before Black Friday. The Poker Hall of Famer is set to be a promoter for the entire company. „Teaming up with Rush Street Interactive and BetRivers marks an exciting new chapter for me,“ Hellmuth stated in a press release.
